Delivery Terms
Purchased digital services are usually delivered within a few hours. If the order is not completed within 30 days, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
The service will not start unless the payment is completed. In case of unauthorized card usage, the user must notify us within 3 days and must not have used the service.
Force Majeure
In unforeseen situations such as natural disasters or technical failures, the order may be delayed. In such cases, the user may request cancellation or an equivalent service.
Service Check
The service should be checked before it begins. In case of any errors or deficiencies, you may contact our support team before delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
Within 14 days from the delivery date, the right of withdrawal can be exercised if the service has not started. For services already in progress, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. For unused services, a refund application must be made along with the invoice.
